Inquiries and correspondence
We collect your email, the answers you submit, product/SKU references and limited page and campaign context to respond, prepare quotations and follow up on your request. Email is required; other fields depend on the current form. Please avoid sensitive personal information. Making an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Product news

We retain subscription status, language, consent wording and dates, and a hash of the private management token. We keep necessary unsubscribe records to avoid contacting people who opted out. Optional analytics
Only after your permission, our own server measures public page/product views, Amazon and wholesale clicks, and successfully saved inquiry submissions. Records include query-free public paths, broad source/channel, device, browser and operating system categories, approximate country and relevant product SKU. They exclude inquiry answers, email, full referring URLs and full browser User-Agent strings. A random first-party cookie recognizes browsers for 90 days from creation without extending its lifetime; sessions separate after 30 minutes of inactivity. These are estimates of browsers, not identifiable customer counts.
IP addresses and retention
For consented activity with a valid browser identifier, IP addresses are encrypted for up to 30 days, masked in the private dashboard and revealed only to an authorized administrator with an access audit. Browser-linked activity is retained for 90 days; aggregate counts for 180 days. Minimal confirmation/withdrawal records expire with the original 90-day cookie. Cleanup runs after events and verified daily backups; job failures can delay physical cleanup. Expired IP records cannot be revealed in the dashboard. Country lookup uses a local DB-IP Lite database, without sending visitor IPs to an external geolocation API. VPNs and database coverage affect accuracy.
Your analytics choices
Declining does not affect browsing or inquiries. Use Analytics privacy settings below or in the footer to change your choice. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable optional collection. Withdrawal stops future collection and expires the cookie, while a minimal withdrawal record rejects late requests. You may also delete activity and IP linked to the current browser. This does not identify data from other browsers, remove anonymous aggregate counts, or delete inquiry/email records. Contact us for broader requests. If cookies are blocked, consented counts may lack a visitor identifier and stored IP.
Service providers and processing locations
Our website and primary database run on our Tencent Cloud server in the United States. Our team administers the site from China and keeps encrypted configuration backups and database/media backups on an authorized Mac in China. Our 163.com mailbox and SMTP service process business emails. Hosting and mail providers process information needed to provide those services. Public search submission sends public page URLs, not inquiry records. We do not sell personal information or share these analytics records with advertising providers. Amazon and social websites receive information under their own policies when you follow external links; Amazon handles retail purchases.
Security logs and backups
Operational web logs may contain IP addresses and requested URLs independently of analytics consent, for delivery, security and fault investigation. Website access logs rotate daily or by size and retain up to 14 rotated files; this is not a guarantee of 14 calendar days. Avoid putting personal information in URLs. Server database backups rotate up to 14 daily copies; local database backups up to 30 daily copies. Deleted data may remain in restricted rotating backups until expiry. Backups are not used for routine analytics; retention cleanup and applicable deletion requests must be reapplied after a restore. We limit administrative access, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
