Know your material
Unakite is an ornamental rock combining green epidote, pink feldspar and quartz. Its appearance comes from a mixture of minerals, rather than a uniform single-color crystal.
The look of the stone
Pink to salmon-colored patches sit beside mossy green areas and lighter grains. A tumbled piece can show a very different balance of colors on each side.
Every piece has its own character.
Some pieces appear mostly green while others have larger pink areas. Grain size, pattern and tumbled outlines differ across a pack.
Color, finish & treatment

Everyday care
A little care goes a long way.
Use a soft cloth and dry after gentle cleaning. Avoid acidic cleaners, steam and abrasive tools. Store small stones away from surfaces that could be marked by grit.
